T in the Park has been in touch with Gigwise to say that Rage Against The Machine’s leaked line-up isn’t entirely accurate.
The official line-up is almost entirely the same as RATM’s website announcement, except there is a glaring omission in the shape of Ms Amy Winehouse.
Anyway, as reported earlier Rage Against The Machine, The Verve and R.E.M are headlining this year’s festival in what is shaping up to be a very strong bill.
T in the Park Director, Geoff Ellis, said: "We’re delighted that the buzz surrounding T in the Park continues to grow. We strive to keep the line up fresh and exciting and continue to work with all our event partners to ensure that we offer the best festival experience possible for fans.
“We look forward to welcoming the greatest audience in the world back to Balado in July and as always, I’d like to urge fans not to buy tickets from any unauthorised sources.”
The festival takes place over the weekend of the 11-13 July, tickets go on sale at 9am on Saturday (February 16) costing £160 for the weekend with camping.
