The inaugural Daydream festival in Barcelona has a very special surprise coming up for revellers.
With Radiohead already confirmed as the headliner, according to a festival rep Gigwise has exclusively spoken to, the rest of the bill will be “very unique.”
The whole event on June 12 will be “orientated towards Radiohead” and will feature acts that have influenced the Oxford five-piece as well as bands that have subsequently been influenced by them.
Interestingly, the band themselves partially picked the artists alongside organisers, almost echoing All Tomorrow's Parties.
Exactly who is appearing on the bill is being closely held under wraps, but an official announcement will be made soon.
Tickets for Daydream cost €65 (around £50-ish) and are available right now through Gigwise by clicking here. Alternatively you can call us on 0871 230 1098.
- I take it Muse will be playing, then?
- This sounds great!!
- Amazing!
- Muse, Coldplay and U2 will all be there.
Confirmed. Rick Ross said so.
- What about Kent? Radiohead have cited them as one of their biggest influences behind writing ”O.K. Computer”
