A host of new acts, including the Dirty Projectors, have been confirmed for this year's Summer Sundae Weekender.
The Count And Sinden, James Yorkston And The Athletes, Royworld, Those Dancing Days, Benga, Zombie Zombie, The Lionheart Brothers and Frightened Rabbit have all also been confirmed for the event that will take place in Leicester.
Now in it’s seventh year, the Summer Sundae has gained a reputation for championing new bands, earning it numerous awards and accolades in recent years.
This year it will take place from August 8th-10th in De Montfort Hall and Gardens.
The new confirmed acts will join a line-up that already includes Supergrass, Roisin Murphy, Lightspeed Champion, Tom Baxter, King Creosote, of Montreal, Nina Nastasia, Jeffrey Lewis, Rachel Unthank, Whitest Boy Alive, Dengue Fever, The Coral and Simian Mobile Disco.
