Nearly all the tickets for this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals have sold-out within a day of going on sale.
Weekend tickets for both sites have sold-out, although there are some day tickets still available.
A number of ticket websites crashed last night as festival hopefuls scrambled for tickets to the event.
The festivals, which take place from August 22nd-24th, will be headlined by The Killers, Rage Against The Machine and Metallica.
It is the first time that the festivals organisers have chosen three American headliners.
Other acts on the bill include, Queens of the Stone Age, Babyshambles, Bloc Party, The Raconteurs, Manic Street Preachers, Foals, Slipknot, Feeder, Justice and Editors.
We Are Scientists, Vampire Weekend, MGMT, The Cribs, Taking Back Sunday and Dizzee Rascal are also set to appear.
To purchase tickets for either festival site, click here, or call our ticket hotline on 0871 230 1098 for availability.

- I know it’s a bit late, but you should try to get tickets the morning after the release. Usually you can get tickets due to all the sales that didn’t get authorised the night before. Good to know for future reference.
