Razorlight And MPs Play Charity Concert For Climate Change

In London last night...

Razorlight and a group of singing parliamentary MPs performed a special charity concert in London last night (June 3rd).

The gig at the Science Museum was designed to raise awareness of the growing problem of climate change.

Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell was originally due to perform by himself but was joined by the other three members of the band for his set.

Razorlight mixed songs off their two albums in their short set, which included the chart-topping single ‘America’ and first album song ‘Vice’.

The Friends of the Earth concert called on the Government to include emissions from aviation in the new climate change law.

Currently the Government plans to leave the UK’s share of emissions from international flights and shipping out of a new draft of the law.

Before Razorlight’s set, Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Opik, who is engaged to one of the Cheeky Girls, and four other politicians performed for the crowd.
