Amy Winehouse arrived on stage 45 minutes late for her headlining set at the Bestival festival on the Isle of Wight last night (September 6th).
But the singer, who cancelled her last scheduled festival appearance in France, gave one of her most thorough displays of the summer.
Dressed in a short check dress, Winehouse sang passionately into a microphone which was decorated as a ships wheel.
And in keeping with the festivals nautical theme, her backing dancers also donned sailor outfits for the performance, which was one of the most anticipated of the weekend.
Winehouse’s set included many of the standout tracks from her second album ‘Back To Black’, including ‘Love Is A Losing Game’ and ‘You Know I’m No Good’.
The singer's set was her last scheduled appearance of 2008.
Torrential wind and rain has plagued this year’s festival, which began on Friday with a headline set from My Bloody Valentine.
Besival ends later with a main stage performance from Underworld.
You can see all the highlights from Winehouse’s set below.
