The Specials Set To Announce 'Special' Coventry Reunion Show

The Specials are to announce a unique reunion show in their hometown of Coventry, it's been revealed.

The band, who split in 1981, unveiled details of a full reunion tour that's scheduled to take place next year earlier today (December 2nd).

But at present the eight dates don't include a concert in their home city.

In a message on their website, the band wrote: “As for the Coventry date, well its all hush, hush at the moment but stand by for something very special.”

The group first outlined their plans to reform last May.
