House DJ Erick Morillo was arrested at Glasgow Airport on Saturday night for alleged cocaine possession.
The 37-year-old was held by custom officials at the airport after he got off a flight from Amsterdam.
He was due to man the decks at the Colours clubnight at the Arches that night, but fans were left disappointed when they were told Morillo was not turning up due to a problem with the airline. Morillo was actually in police custody at the time.
According to the Daily Record he spent the night a police cell before appearing at Paisley Sheriff Court yesterday morning (December 22).
He pleaded not guilty to smuggling cocaine and was bailed until March when he returns to the country for his trial.
