Notorious BIG's Mother Wants Meeting With Lil' Kim

Voletta Wollace, the mother of the late Notorious BIG, has offered to meet with the rapper's former girlfriend Lil' Kim to discuss their relationship.

Wallace, who co-produced the recent biopic Notorious, said she wasn't comfortable with the way her son had treated the musician.

“I would love to speak to Lil' Kim, because I need to ask more about this love relationship because I really didn’t like the way he treated her and I’m praying that that’s not it,” she told Essence.

“Only she can answer those questions. She’s a sweet girl and I didn’t think she deserved to be treated the way he treated her, if that’s the case.”

As previously reported on Gigwise, Lil' Kim has spoken out against Notorious, saying she doesn't like the way she is portrayed in the film.
Notorious charts the rapper’s rise to international stardom, which came to a tragic end in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles in 1997.

The movie is released on January 16th.

I JUST CAME FROM VIEWING THE FILM AND I THINK IT WAS JUST AMAZING. I REALLY DIDNT EXPECT IT TO BE SUCH A GREAT MOVIE BUT IT WAS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY LIL KIM WOULD BE MAD ABOUT THE WAY SHE WAS PROTRAYED IN THE FILM. THERE WAS NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THE ROLE SHE PLAYED IN BIGGIES LIFE. IT WAS WHAT IT WAS. I NOW HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE LIFE BIGGIE SMALLS LIVED AND THE CONTRIBUTIONS HE MADE TO THE HIP HOP INDUSTRY.

THE MOVIE WAS GREAT I WATCHED IT TWICE. LIL KIM WAS A BIG PART OF HIS LIFE AND I THINK SHE THOUGHT SHE NEEDED TO BE IN THE MOVIE A LITLLE MORE THAN JUST HAVING SEX WITH HIM AND BEING ANGRY WITH FAITH. I UNDERSTAND HOW SHE FEELS BUT THIS WAS ABOUT BIGGIE AND HIS FAMILY. LOVE THE MOVIE KIM NEEDS TO WRITE A BOOK SO THE PUBLIC CAN KNOW HOW CLOSE SHE WAS WITH HIM.
