Pink has donated A$250,000 to the Australian bushfire appeal where more than 200 people have lost their lives.
The 29-year-old singer told the BBC: "I've been really affected by the media images of the tragic bushfires in Victoria.
“My heart goes out to all those who have suffered so much in these circumstances. There's little anyone can do at such a long distance away but I wanted to make a tangible expression of support."
She added that she hoped her donation (approximately £112,000 or US$160,000) would help to rebuilt lives in communities ravaged by the fires.
She follows in the footsteps of Leonard Cohen, Nicole Kidmand and her husband Keith Urban who have all pledged money to help people blighted by the devastating fires.
