Star Trek's Simon Pegg: 'I Want To Direct Music Video For Coldplay'
Actor Simon Pegg has revealed he is keen to direct a music video for Coldplay.
Pegg, who joined the band on stage in London last year, said he had already spoken to frontman Chris Martin about the idea.
He told GQ: “I'd love to direct some day. Doing a music video would be a great start.
“I've said to Chris a couple of times, if we get some time, I'd love to script a song.”
Pegg, who appears in the new Star Trek movie, played harmonica when he appeared with the band in December for a rendition of the song 'Green Eyes'.
“I'll never forget the epiphany of walking out on stage and realising what it is to be in a band – 'Why don't I do this for a living? This is great'” he said of the performance.
