Their single 'Grounds For Divorce' was also named the best contemporary song at the Grosvenor House Hotel ceremony.
Elsewhere, The Ting Tings took home the best album awards for 'We Started Nothing', while Coldplay chalked up the best-selling British single for 'Viva La Vida'.
Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood's 'There Will Be Blood' soundtrack was named as the Best Original Film Score and Massive Attack received an outstanding contribution to British music award.
