BBC Sound Of 2010 Longlist Unveiled

The longlist for the BBC Sound of 2010 has been unveiled today.

The list, which annually draws attention to the best emerging music talent, was compiled from votes by 165 leading music industry figures – including moi.

Each representative was asked to submit their top three favourite new acts to the BBC before the longlist was whittled down.

The top five and a winner will be announced in January. Previous winners have included Little Boots, Adele and Mika(!).
