Download Festival 2010 Line Up To Be Revealed In Two Weeks

The first batch of bands for Download Festival 2010 will be unveiled in two weeks time, festival booker Andy Copping has confirmed.

Writing on Twitter earlier today, Copping said: “Loads of rumours going round about who's playing Download...not long left...the first wave of bands will be announced in just over two weeks.”

Although no act has been confirmed for Download yet, in December AC/DC announced on their official website they were playing the festival, only for it to be taken down minutes later.

Also heavily rumoured for the Donington Park event in June are Pearl Jam, Muse, Motorhead, Bullet For My Valentine and Volbeat.
