A Cheryl Cole fan is being evicted from his Mansfield flat for playing the singer's songs too loud in the early hours of the morning.
Mansfield County Court heard that 22-year-old Martin Bramwell pumped Cole's songs out of his stereo at his council flat in Ladybrook Lane until 4am.
The noise was so loud that one neighbour resorted to sleeping at a friend's house.
Noise monitoring machines were installed outside the property to gather evidence for Bramwell's eviction and the recordings were played in court yesterday.
According to the BBC, Portfolio Holder for Public Protection at Mansfield District Council, Councillor Danny McCrossan, said: "Justice has been done. No-one should have to face this type of anti-social behaviour."
Bramwell has until March 4th to pack up his belongings and leave the property.
