Former Oasis star Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs has revealed that he turned down an offer to appear on Celebrity Big Brother.
Bonehead, one of the group's founding members, said producers contacted Creation Records founder Alan McGee asking him to take part in the reality show.
But the guitarist said that no amount of money would entice him onto the programme.
“I just said, 'No, fuck that mate',” he told fan blog Stop Crying Your Heart Out.
“I think they offered us about £100,000 each to do it. But I wouldn't do it for £100 fucking million. Sad... sad... I wouldn't do it.”
Bonehead, who quit the now defunct group in 1999, added that he had only watched Celebrity Big Brother when radio presenter Terry Christian was a housemate.
“I've not watched it, I tell a lie, I watched it about twice when Terry Christian was on it as I used to co-present a radio show with him,” he added.
“I watched it as I knew him, I watched about 20 minutes of each show, it's rubbish, No, I would not do it, I've been approached once and no, I would not do it.”
As previously reported on Gigwise, Oasis are set to release a new singles collection in June.
