Glastonbury festival-goers can expect soaring temperatures at this year's festival, the Met Office has said.
Sunny conditions and highs of 27c are forecast during the course of the three-day event, which gets under way tomorrow (June 25).
And a Met Office spokesperson told Gigwise there was “only the small chance of any rain” on Sunday (June 27).
Thousands of music fans have already arrived at Worthy Farm ahead of the festival, which will be headlined by Gorillaz, Stevie Wonder and Muse.
To mark the 40th anniversary edition of Glastonbury, Gigwise has published a guide to the festival's history.
