Lady Gaga and a former producer-boyfriend have dismissed lawsuits against each other.
In March, Rob Fusari sued the singer for $35m, claiming Lady Gaga had shoehorned him out of her music career.
Among his claims, Fusari, whose relationship with the star ended as she found fame, said he had invented Lady Gaga's stage name and helped her secure a record contract.
But Lady Gaga then countersued her former boyfriend, and called for the courts to void the pair's "unlawful arrangement”.
However, court papers seen by Associated Press this week revealed that both parties had agreed to dismiss the lawsuits against each other.
It is not clear whether they have made a financial arrangement.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga leads the nominations at this weekend’s MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles.
The singer has 13-nods, while Eminem, Jay-Z and Drake are also nominated.
