George Michael has been transferred from Pentonville to a softer category C prison.
The singer was moved to Highpoint Prison in Suffolk yesterday (September 17) after abandoning a bail bid.
The former Wham! star was imprisoned for eight weeks on Tuesday (September 14) for crashing his car while under the influence of drugs.
Michael pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and driving under the influence of drugs. He is expected to serve four weeks in prison and four weeks out on probation, reports BBC News.
Tabloid reports claimed the star broke down in tears during his first night in Pentonville prison earlier this week.
