The Gnarls Barkley singer's new solo single 'F*ck You' is currently outselling the Take That star's duet, 'Shame'.
Green has told Gigwise that he was shocked by the public's reaction to the song – and that he is set to record a special version with 50 Cent.
Elswhere on the singles countdown, Kings Of Leon are on course to enter the top-10 with new single 'Radioactive'.
In the album chart, Tinie Tempah's debut album 'Disc-Overy' is set to take the number one spot. It is outselling current chart-toppers The Script's 'Science & Faith' by four copies to one.
