Lady Gaga is set to release her own brand of perfume called Monster, it’s been reported.

The name has been registered and trademarked by Coty Inc., the company behind the fragrance.

US website TMZ reports that Monster, which is an apparent reference to the nickname for her fans, will be released in 2012.

The singer is set to join an illustrious list of names, including Britney Spears and Beyonce, who have all released fragrances.

Meanwhile, footage of Lady Gaga in The Sopranos before she was famous has emerged online.

The video, published on YouTube, shows the singer aged 15 and has become a huge hit.

Lady Gaga is currently on the latest North American leg of her Monster Ball world tour, which returns to the UK later this year.
