Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has said he wants the band to perform at next year's Glastonbury Festival.
Wood said the event in Somerset next June would mark a good return for the band.
He told the Metro: “I’d love to do it. I’m always up for the festivals. As far as the Stones are concerned we haven’t had a get-together for three years but it’s high time.”
Organisers have yet to announce any of the headliners for next year's Glastonbury Festival, although Coldplay and Prince are among the rumoured acts.
Tickets for the festival have already sold out.
