Jedward will enter the running to represent Ireland at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, their manager Louis Walsh has confirmed.
The former X Factor twins - real names John and Edward Grimes - are expected to compete against four other Irish hopefuls.
Walsh told the Belfast Telegraph that he would not be involved in the bid.
It is not known what song Jedward will sing, although the winner will be chosen on a special Eurosong Late Late Show on February 11.
Jedward have been installed as the 8/11 favourites to represent Ireland in the 56th staging of the contest, which will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany in May.

20. N-Dubz – Some of our American readers may never have heard of N-Dubz. Lucky them. The hip-pop trio concoct the type of music that's so terrible, banging you head repetitively against a radiator would be a more pleasurable experience. However, what really hacks us off is the pint-sized hooligan Dappy. Despite the group being the faces of an anti-bullying charity, Dappy sent death threats to a radio listener who had the audacity to (rightfully) call him an idiot. The sooner we see the back of N-Dubz, the better.
