Online music video site Vevo is planning to launch in the UK next month.
The video site, which launched in the US in 2009, has over 30,000 music videos from such artists as Rihanna and Lady Gaga.
Partly owned by Universal Music and Sony Music, videos on Vevo are also syndicated to sites such as YouTube on a free-to-watch basis, The Guardian reports.
Vevo is currently ranked as the No 1 online music video source by comScore, reaching 51 million unique visitors in January, ahead of MTV at 48 million.
Meanwhile, Eminem is set to become only the third artist in history to earn more than one billion views on YouTube.
