Lady Gaga Says Alexander McQueen Wrote 'Born This Way'

Lady Gaga has opened up about late designer Alexander McQueen, saying he wrote 'Born The Way'.

The singer said that she believes her friend McQueen helped her write the single 'Born This Way' and the album of the same title.

"I think he planned the whole thing: Right after he died, I wrote 'Born This Way.' I think he's up in heaven with fashion strings in his hands, marionetting away, planning this whole thing.'' Gaga told Harper's Bazaar. 

She added: "When I heard that, I knew he planned the whole damn thing. I didn't even write the f*cking song. He did!"

The 40-year-old British designer hanged himself in his London flat last February.
