More about:

Pete Townshend has rubbished Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards alleged that Mick Jagger has a small penis.

Richards made the claim while promoting his autobiography Life last year.

The Who’s Townshend said it was disappointing that Richards’ comment had overshadowed the book.

He told The Sun: "I think it's sad that we will only remember Keith's book because of what he said about the size of Mick's genitals. Which, by the way, to use an apt term, is b*llocks.

"I've seen them and they are not small. And it is not just the balls that are big."

As previously reported on Gigwise, Townshend is currently writing his own memoirs, due to be releed next year.
