Rihanna is being sued for a second time over allegations that she lifted images for her 'S&M' video from a photographer.
The singer, who was sued back in February by celebrity photographer David LaChapelle, is now facing legal action from another photographer Philip Paulus, reports Rolling Stone.
Paulus claims that Rihanna has copied one image in her video from his Paperworld series.
Rihanna's defense lawayers have said that Paulus is: "effectively trying to monopolize an entire subject matter or genre in two different mediums."
Rihanna has not yet issued a statement in response to the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, the BET Awards have issued an apology after Rihanna was mistakenly given an award intended for her former boyfriend Chris Brown.
