Former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks has been mocked in a fan-edited version of teenager Rebecca Black's infamous YouTube hit, 'Friday'.

The parody, which can be heard below on Gigwise, sees Black's original lyrics changed to fit the demise of Brooks' at the company.

The song includes the lyrics: "Dave is in the front seat, Gordon's in the back seat. Gotta make my mind up, which seat can I take?"

In another line, the song's lyrics are: "It's Friday, Friday. Gotta resign on Friday."

Brooks resigned from her post at News International amid the phone hacking scandal, which is centred on the newspaper she used to edit, the News Of The World.

The News of The World, published every Sunday, was founded in 1843.
