Viva Brother Post Debut Album 'Famous First Words' Online - Listen

Viva Brother have posted their debut album 'Famous First Words' online – and you can hear it on Gigwise now.

The much talked about band's ten song album is released on August 1 and was produced Stephen Street.

Earlier this summer, the band changed their name to Viva Brother from Brother after an American band of the same name threatened legal action against them.

They originally changed their name to Brother UK in America, but later decided to change their name across the world to Viva Brother.

Lead singer Lee Newell said: “A long time ago in a galaxy far far away three men decided one day that it would be a good idea to start a band called Brother.

“Many, many years later four frighteningly handsome devils in the desolate, post apocalyptic wasteland of Slough decided to do the same thing.

“But something called 'litigation' got in the way.  However with this out of the way we do finally feel free. Brother is dead. Long Live Viva Brother!”
