Pink Floyd star David Gilmour has been told to pull down a beach hut at his seafront mansion in Sussex.
Brighton and Hove City Council said the yellow hut was an eyesore in the Hove conservation area.
Gilmour’s wife, Polly Sampson, failed in an appeal against the decision. It must be removed from Gilmour's £3million mansion by October 1 or he will face prosecution, reports BBC News.
A council spokeswoman said: "Failure to comply with that means either prosecution or the council may remove the hut and charge the householder."
Earlier this year, Gilmour’s son, Charlie, was imprisoned over his participation in the student protest fees in London last year.
