Michael Jackson's doctor called for the late singer's son Prince when he stopped breathing on the day that he died, a court has heard.
Dr Conrad Murray, who is charged with Jackson's involuntary manslaughter, went on trial earlier this week.
On Thursday (September 29), the court heard from Jackson's chef, Kai Chase, who said Dr Murray looked “frantic”.
"His energy was very nervous and frantic and he was shouting, 'Get help, get security, get Prince' [Jackson's son],” he said.
Jackson's bodyguard Alberto Alvarez also told the court that Dr Murray asked him to pick up vials of medicine before calling for assistance, reports BBC news.
"In my personal experience, I believed Dr Murray had the best intentions for Mr Jackson," he said. "I didn't question his authority."
Prosecutors claim Dr Murray caused Jackson's death in June 2009 by giving him a lethal dose of the sedative propofol.
But the defence argue that Jackson have himself too much of the drug.
Dr Murray has pleaded not guilty. The trial is expected to last five weeks.
