Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray failed to tell paramedics trying to revive the singer that he had given him propofol, a jury has heard.
Paramedic Richard Senneff said Dr Murray told him he had only given the singer the sedative lorazepam and that he had no medical conditions.
He also testified that Jackson’s personal physician appeared agitated and was collecting items from near Jackson’s bed while paramedics were trying to restart his heart, reports BBC News.
Prosecutors claim Dr Murray gave Jackson a lethal dose of propofol, while the defence argue that the singer gave himself the drug.
Dr Murray, who was working with Jackson ahead of his ill-fated comeback gigs in London, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
The trial continues.
