On Sunday (October 9), hundreds of fans gathered outside Old Marylebone Town Hall to watch the happy couple emerge as husband and wife.
The couple were joined by well-wishers including Sir Paul's former Beatles bandmate Ringo Starr and the widow of George Harrison, Olivia.
Shevell wore a dress designed by Sir Paul's daughter Stella McCartney.
Smiling as they stood on the steps outside the wedding venue, Sir Paul said he felt "absolutely wonderful".
