Britney Spears Set To Marry Boyfriend Jason Trawick

Britney Spears is set to marry for boyfriend Jason Trawick, the singer has announced.

Reports emerged over the weekend that the singer was proposed to by her boyfriend and former agent Jason Trawick, the same day as his 40th birthday.

A source told USA Today: "This is something they've both wanted for a long time. It's a way to cement their family. They're both extremely happy and can't wait to become man and wife."

Spears announced the news of her engagement to fans over Twitter, she wrote:
OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for. Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo

Britney Spears has been married twice before; to childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004, which lasted just 55 hours. She married dancer Kevin Federline later that year, but the pair split in 2007.
