Lil Wayne has revealed plans to release a memoir documenting his time in prison.
The book, titled 'Gone Till November', will be released on November 28.
The rapper was jailed last March and served eight months after being convicted on a gun charge.
"We are thrilled to be publishing Wayne's prison memoir. He kept detailed journals of his inner and outer life while he was on Rikers Island, and they certainly tell a story. They are revealing,' said Grand Central Publishing executive editor Ben Greenberg.
Meanwhile, Lil Wayne has told fans that he plans to retire from music at the age of 35.
The 29 year-old rapper had previously suggested that he would call it a day sometime during his early 30s, but now the hip-hop star seems final on his decision.
