Lana Del Rey's has defended her recent performance on Saturday Night Live.
The rising star appeared on the established US show on Saturday night (January 14), where she performed tracks 'Video Games' and 'Blue Jeans.
Actress Lewis took to Twitter to slam the singer's performance: ''Wow watching this 'singer' on SNL is like watching a 12 yearold in their bedroom when theyre pretending to sing and perform. #signofourtimes.''
Speaking about the performance, Lana told Rolling Stone: ''There's backlash about everything I do. It's nothing new. When I walk outside, people have something to say about it. It wouldn't have mattered if I was absolutely excellent. People don't have anything nice to say about this project. I'm sure that's why you're writing about it.''
Lana Del Rey's debut album 'Born To Die', was released January 30 in the UK and June 31 in the US.
