Nicki Minaj's video for single 'Stupid Hoe' has been banned by BET network.
According to TMZ The US television network has confirmed plans to stop playing the promo but gave no explanation.
It is believed that Minaj's repeated use of the word "hoe" in the track and her seductive dance moves video have been deemed too explicit for TV.
The video features Minaj in a cage and don a range of colourful costumes against a number of different backgrounds.
The track is taken from the rapper's new album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded', which will be released on April 3.
New day, New video. Let's go," Nicki tweeted fans.
Later adding: New Album Date: April 3rd. Pink Friday: ROMAN RELOADED. But have no fear. Tons of surprises before then.
