Noel Gallagher has predicted that Adele's music career will be short lived.
The singer commented on the London singer’s recent success in an interview with the Mail on Sunday.
'I feel sorry for girls in the music industry. They do have a very short shelf life. For instance, Duffy: who? Gone. She was massive. And I don’t doubt for a second that the same thing will happen to Adele.’

Meanwhile, Adele is set to make her comeback at this month's Grammy Awards in LA.
The London singer is nominated for a total of six awards on the night and has made a full recovery following throat surgery last year.
Adele said in a statement: It's an absolute honour to be included in such a night and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-racking, but what a way to get back into it all.
She also took to Twitter, writing: "Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It's been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can't wait, speak soon xx"
