Justin Bieber's mum has signed a deal to pen a book - about her own life.
Pattie Mallette has signed with publisher Revell to tell the tale of her experiences raising the Canadian megastar, focusing on her own struggles. The book will deal with the abuse and addiction problems Mallette suffered during childhood.
"I want them to see that no matter how desperate their circumstances may be, they can have hope for a better future." says Mallette.
"Pattie's story is a powerful example of courage and determination that will inspire anyone who has faced struggles in life," added Jennifer Leep of publisher Revell. "She's living proof that even in the darkest of places there is always room for hope."
The book will be called 'Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber's Mom.'
