You Me At Six tease new track 'The Swarm'

You Me At Six have discussed new track 'The Swarm' online.

The track, entitled 'The Swarm', will be used as the soundtrack to a new Thorpe Park rollercoaster.

Speaking about how the band became involved in the project, guitarist Max Helyer said:

''It's Europe's tallest winged rollercoaster in the world and Thorpe Park told us it was going to be very scary, so we decided we'd rock it up a little bit more, make it a bit more heavier and a bit hairier. It's a bit like 'Bite My Tongue', but without screaming. It's a massive epic rock song, it's definitely got aggression, and it's definitely got edge."

Meanwhile, You Me At Six have recently extended their UK tour, which is set to take place next month.

The band will now play O2 Apollo Manchester on March 28 and 29, Birmingham Ballroom on March 31 and April 1 and O2 Academy Brixton on April 2 and 3.

The trek, starting at Leicester's O2 Academy on March 17 and concluding on April 2, with a headline show at London's O2 Academy Brixton.
