Jay-Z and Kanye West have settled a federal lawsuit over a sample from their collaborative album 'Watch The Throne'.
The rappers were sued last October by Syl Johnson for using an unauthorized sample of his song 'Different Strokes' on their album track 'The Joy'.
At the time Johnson claimed they had sampled the track without his permission or any money changing hands
According to TMZ, a settlement had been reached between Johnson and the pair.
Johnson has previously sued Michael Jackson, Jefferson Airplane and Cypress Hill for copyright infringement.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z and Kanye West have added extra dates to their forthcoming UK tour, due to popular demand.
Following tickets going on sale this morning (February 24) the pair will now play a total of seven dates across the UK to promote album 'Watch The Throne'.
