The White Stripes have confirmed plans to reissue two of their early singles as special edition vinyl releases for this year's Record Store Day.
Third Man Records will be releasing two White Stripes tracks on April 21. One side of the red and black vinyl will feature 'Handsprings', whilst the reverse will play 'Red Death at 6:14'.
Record Store Day aims to celebrate the art of music in an age where it's consumed in a multitude of different ways.
The duo of Jack and Meg White announced last February that they had no plans to record together or play live again.
They said they had come to decision to protect the band's legacy and thanked fans for supporting them “throughout the 13 plus years of The White Stripes intense and incredible career”.
