Lady Gaga plans 'media blackout' after Oprah

Controversy-courting, attention seeking megastar Lady Gaga is reportedly ending her days of speaking to the press following her 'final' interview with US talk show host, Oprah Winfrey.

Her interview with Winfrey is due to be broadcast this weekend on US TV, and according to news source WENN, Gaga reveals her plans to isolate herself from the media.

"Other than this interview, Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time," she tells the host. "No press, no television, if my mom calls and says, 'Did you hear about it...' I shut it all off."

She also claims to ignore all negative press. Lady Gaga previously told how she was planning to complete and release a new album before the end of 2012. She is also said to be 'furious' at plans to make a TV movie of her life story.
