Leanne Mitchell has been declared the winner of The Voice UK after a tense finale on Saturday (June 2) night.
Considered an outsider by many, Leanne managed to secure victory for herself and earned a recording contract with Univeral and £100,00 cash in the process. She polled more votes than her three rivals, Vince Kidd, Bo Bruce and Tyler James.
Speaking about Leanne's victory, her coach Tom Jones said: "You deserve it. It gives me confidence that there is justice in this world."
During the final Leanne sang the James Brown classic 'It's a Man's Man's Man's World' as ell as Whitney Houston's 'Run to You' and a duet with her mentor Tom Jones on his hit, 'Mama Told Me Not to Come'.
