Take That will reportedly release a brand new album in 2013, meaning that Gary Barlow will exit the X Factor to focus attentions on the band.

Barlow, said to still be furious following the elimination of Carolynne Poole from the ITV show this past weekend, will leave X Factor in order to record and promote the new album as well as planning a huge stadium tour in 2014.

“The events of the last week have really confirmed in Gary’s mind that he needs to get back to what he loves best," a source told The Sun.

Adding: “Gary is going to give this series his all and then it will be full steam ahead for Take That.

“The lads are enjoying a bit of freedom at the moment, but they are all united in their desire to get Take That back on the road. A new album and tour have been discussed and all five of the boys are making really positive noises.”

Take That will, of course, have to do without Robbie Williams once again as he has returned to his solo career and releases new album 'Take The Crown' in November.
