Halle Berry, Britney Spears, Jennifer Hudson and Usher were amongt the stars who payed tribute to Whitney Houston at a special Grammy ceremony last night (Oct 11).

Oscar winner Berry introduced the "We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston" special, praising the "unforgettable" performer, who passed away in February of this year.

"She inspired a generation of little girls and women to believe in their own dream and to know that they had within themselves the greatest gift of all. I was one of those little girls who then became a woman who never ever, ever, stopped loving Whitney Houston," Berry said.

The event was attended by Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, who was joined by boyfriend Nick Gordon, whom she recently got engaged to.

'Climax' star Usher sang "I Believe In You And Me" at the tribute whilst gospel singers Cece Winans and Yolanda Adams performed 'Count On Me'. Meanwhile, Celine Dion performed 'The Greatest Love Of All" in a pre-recorded video taped in Canada.
