Brown was at the Westlake Studio in L.A. listening to one of the artists he represents and was allegedly parked in Ocean's spot outside.

Police arrived to break up the fight and neither party will be pressing charges even though Ocean seems to have come off worse in the fight, blaming Brown for 'jumping' him in the car park.

He tweeted: "Got jumped by Chris and a couple of guys. lol. I only wish everest was there."

"Cut my finger now I can't play with two hands at the Grammys."

This is not the first bit of controversy between the pair as Brown was accused of a homophobic slur towards Ocean after he had admitted that a man was his first love.

Brown denied the claims and tweeted at the time: "My Opinion on the whole Frank Ocean subject is ......... Love who u wanna love. It's ur decision. People stop searching for BS."
