Olly Murs may need to take some lessons in how to stay on your feet whilst wearing smart shoes as the X Factor star has fallen over on stage again. Watch the incident below.

After his slip on stage at Guilfest last July, we thought he would've learned - but apparently not, because you can once again watch The Xtra Factor host as he falls over during a concert in Cardiff.

Murs is in the middle of a cover version of The Jam's 'A Town Called Malice' when he runs too fast and almost doesn't manage to stop, sliding to the floor and using the microphone stand to help himself back up.

However, Olly doesn't seem too bothered about it. Writing on Twitter afterwards, he posted, "I ripped and I tripped tonight in Cardiff!! Hilarious!!"

Sadly, it's not at the same levels as last year's tumble, but it's still worth a watch - and you can see it by skipping to 2:20 in the video below.

Watch Olly Murs fall during 'A Town Called Malice':

And he made light of his fall last year as well, telling Capital FM, “It was really funny because the guy who was filming had to cut it and I get to the microphone when the song finishes and I say, ‘I bet someone has got this on video and it's going to be straight on YouTube.’

“Then the next morning my management said they'd found it already, it's so funny. Literally for the last couple of days I've had every friend I know - my cousins, my uncles - everybody I know is killing me.”
