Frightened Rabbit have announced they will play a headline show at London's Brixton Academy on 8 November this year.

The headline gig will be their biggest to date, with the news coming off the back of a huge two month US tour that saw the band play in New York's Terminal 5.

Fans signed to the band's mailing list will have the earliest opportunity to purchase pre-sale tickets on Wednesday (17 April) with general sale commencing Friday (19 April).

Frightened Rabbit will be taking to the festival stages this summer, with confirmed appearances at Glastonbury, End of the Road and T in the Park. The band are also releasing a limited edition 7" vinyl for Record Store Day on April 20 entitled Norland Wind.

The Scottish rockers' new album Pedestrian Verse hit the UK top 10 upon its release in Febuary (13).
