Lady Gaga has stripped things back to basics for her new album ARTPOP, posing naked on computer motherboards on a new promotional photo. See it above.
The image is the second official photo revealed from her third album release. The previous promo shot accompanied an epic statement about the concepts surrounding her new release. The new image is believed to be the single cover for her, as-yet-untitled comeback single, which will be released on 19 August, 2013.
Gaga will perform the new track live at this 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, which take place on 25 August 2013.
It has been speculated that Gaga's new single will be titled 'The Applause', after a cryptic photos was posted on her website, Littlemonsters.com. The image appears to show the Fame star working artwork with the title 'The Applause' and is captioned '26 days' - which is the amount of time between the post and the release of the single.
Lady Gaga's ARTPOP campaign kicked off with a huge statement from the star about the album and apparently leaked footage from a video shoot for the album.
